Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Homeowner Rehabilitation Program CONTRACTOR REQUEST FOR BIDS – MSHDA Grant
The Township of Wheeler is soliciting sealed bids from licensed, insured contractors for the rehabilitation work described in the Approved Scope of Work listed in each bid request below, to be performed at the property identified in Section 1. Contractors may bid by item # or in full. This project is funded in whole or in part through the Michigan Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and is issued by the Township on behalf of the homeowner. All work must conform to applicable state and local building codes, CDBG program requirements, and the specifications set forth in these documents.
